I was out of office since 230pm so that I can get my daughter to her appointment by 0330, however, due to the bad traffic we couldn't get there by 0330 and called them in advance that we will be late few minutes due to this traffic; got response-- saying the doctor left the office -- sorry reschedule, we were right behind the clinic waiting for the green light at canderelia/Eubank.
Maybe this place is fine for older kids I can't say.
The staff was exceptional and kind. The dentist was gentle and patient with my 3yr old. My boy had an abscessed front tooth and they got him in immediately. Thanks!
do not recommend this location! Selfish ppl, give you an attitude all times!!
We went to a "regular" (not kid specific) dentist and she had a fine exam.
Neither the tech not Dr. Hung tried to build repoire or establish trust with my 2yo at all. They wanted to literally hold her down and force her mouth open! We wisely chose not to do so.
My daughter had an oral sedation scheduled (2 cavities) for this morning and I had been going back and forth on whether I wanted her to be sedated or not. Long story short, I decided NOT to sedate her and it went great! They put the laughing gas on her for a few minutes and we were out of there in 30 minutes. The dentist and dental hygienist, who were fabulous by the way, talked her through it and she didn't even cry. I was so relieved and I'm very happy I decided to not put her through sedation for such a quick and simple procedure.
Awesome kids dentist and orthodontist. We had tried 2 other places before we found them and absolutely love it there. They are great with the families and they know each family individually. The staff is amazing and friendly
