I had been previously taking my daughter to Family Smiles, due to the distance to my new house and the unwelcoming vibe I would get from her doctor, I chose to try out a new dentist! From the moment my 8 year old and I walked into Dr. Citos office, I had a good feeling, from the very clean and well maintained office/building, to the incredibly friendly staff we were greeted by. Signing in for her first check up was a breeze! The assistant was very professional, friendly, and thorough. The patient next to us was having some invasive work done and was screaming her head off, and Selina, was very attentive and comforting to my daughter, whom could have easily been scared off and traumatized by hearing someone scream at a dentist office. But she nipped the situation in the bud right away. The doctor deemed my daughter's teeth cavity free and beautiful, where as Family Smiles must have been looking for more money because they had told us she had 4 cavities that needed to be filled immediately. Which should have been my first sign because looking at my daughter's mouth (and her x rays) she has perfectly healthy teeth! I am so happy we made the switch to Dr. Cito. And I look forward to coming back for all of my child's dental needs!! Thank you for a great first impression!
We had been to 3 different clinics prior to this location and even though we were only there for an exam, we enjoyed our visit very much! I had reviewed the clinic we had visited prior to this one and it was not good at all. When we showed up for the appointment they greeted us with smiles and the environment was friendly. The dental assistants smiled and cheered on my son while he took his x rays and he enjoyed it very much. I'd rate 10 if I could. Thanks so much Dr. Cito!
Both my children have been going to Dr. Cito's office since 2009, when we moved from Florida. They have the absolute best, friendly, helpful staff. My kids absolutely love going to the dentist because the experience is so fun and energetic and lively. Great, great place to go!!
The staff is very friendly and Dr.Cito is very patient and kind. Clean and professional .
