The front desk workers are horrible, very rude and just straight up liars. They scheduled us for an appointment @ 10 and didn't open the door till 10:15 we were there since 9:45. Then when we got inside we checked in and they told us to sit down after waiting 20 minutes I heard them saying that we walked out. I went up to tell them we were still there and asked why she hadn't gotten us yet she said we left. I asked her if she even checked if we were there she said yes but I know she lied cuz we were there the whole time. Then when we got in the dentist was picking her nose and then ate it, just disgusting. They later referred us to get my daughters wisdom teeth out and when I asked them to send the referral they said they had but when we got to that doctors office they told me they never sent it. So that office called for it and blamed it on me then said they had never seen her then 2mins later sent it. Horrible business I recommend never going here I will make sure to tell everyone I know about the horrible practices they do. They don't even deserve 1star
Diana, the tech, was absolutely wondeful. If I would be eating just her, it would be a perfect 5. Other than Diana, things could be a little more thorough, all the way around .
Everyone at the clinic is fantastic. They know their business and are so friendly they put children at ease. My grandson is not afraid of the dental office at all and looks forward to his visits there
