I’ve been going to river point for about 4 years and I loveeeee the staff and every experience. I will never go anywhere else! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and patient. Kaitlin is the last DA that helped me and she was absolutely wonderful! She did such a thorough cleaning, asked me lifestyle questions and dental hygiene questions so she can provide more details and what she saw during my check up and what recommendations would be best for me. I made sure to schedule my next 6 mo cleaning around her availability Bc she was so thorough and informative!!
I worked in the dental field previously for 25 years. I know quality dentistry and Dr. B and his staff are top quality professionals. Everyone in their office is friendly and congenial. My husband and I are grateful for having found them to do our dental work.
My husband and I have seen Dr. Newsome twice now, our initial visit and yesterday for crowns and filling replacements. He did a phenomenal job, it is well worth the hour and a half drive to know that we are getting such great care. The staff is extremely professional from the way they dress to how warm and friendly they are. Each person that works with us, explains in full detail what we are going to do and why and they are all very mindful of their patients comfort. During our procedures we felt like Dr. Newsome was very gentle and took his time. Once we got home, his staff called at the end of the day to make sure that we were alright. Post procedures we are surprised that we are not as sore as we anticipated. Overall, this office is very deserving of the 5 stars, the best thing they can do moving forward is maintaining the excellent level of professionalism and understanding for patient care that they currently have.
I am always very fearful of dentist offices, just because having people up in your face isn't a good feeling. But this place is so awesome in the 24yrs of life I have never been so welcomed, they explained everything they were doing and why. Kaitlin did an amazing job at cleaning my teeth and very attentive to the sucking tube so I didn't have an issue which I normally do because most hygienist are just busy cleaning your teeth they don't always realize that you don't want to swallow your spit lol I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great friendly and attentive dentistry
