New Patients be aware. I had booked a dental appointment for my kids. The day before the appointment the office calls and tells me that the appointment was scheduled by accident and needs to be canceled There is always a tendency for them to cancel your appointment all of a sudden.. be aware..... What a disappointment, my kids were looking forward to their dental visit. It is so wrong to cancel on the day before the appointment.
We are brand new to ABQ and were referred here by an acquaintance. From the first interaction on the phone, I'm so happy to have found this pediatric dentist. Everyone we encountered had fantastic customer service. Even the first phone call I felt like my children were being cared for. Terri was really good at walking me through everything and got us an appointment within just a couple days of calling. I was able to fill out all paperwork online before the appointment, and once we arrived all the focus was on my son having a great experience. Everyone was friendly and interacted well with my child, they put us both at ease. The assistant were thorough, and did a great job. Dr. Meckler was fantastic. You can tell he loves kids, is a dad, and loves what he does. I've never seen a more well organized and well run dental office where you don't even feel like you're in a medical facility! So happy to have found this place.
Dr. Meckler was the only pediatric dentist we visited who gave us an honest assessment of our son's dental requirements. We love Dr. Meckler!
