I am a kidney transplant. I have been given outstanding attention to my low immune system. Dr Mason has followed my treatment plan. And all going well. The staff is very imaging and cheerful. I am so HAPPY with the service provided. Dr Mason looks after well being.
Medical care is excellent, however I have double insurance coverage and they cannot seem to get this right. Every time the billing is done incorrectly and it is a long process to lead them through the process. I will be going to another practice that can do the insurance billing correctly.
I called to make an appointment because I was having a bad tooth ache and I told the receptionist that I used to see Dr Mason so that is who I would like to see and she said he was only available today so I said ok and when I got there I didn't get Dr Mason. The lady I got I guess bought the practice from him she took about 1hour to see me and when she did it took 1 minute she put a mirror in my mouth and said I can't help you hear you have to go see an oral surgeon she seemed to rush me out the door almost so I had to pay $64.00 for nothing. I have always been terrified of the dentist and Dr Mason was the best ever I will never go back to bear canyon dentistry again I wasted an hour of work and $64.00 dollars. However the dental assistant I can remember his name he had an eyebrow piercing was very nice and super cool he made me feel comfortable and at ease he rocks the dentist not so much though.
Bad composite (from their own lab) cracked and required total redo of 2 crowns. High turnover of staff with no follow up to patients. This practice has had 4 different dentists in 3 years. Unable to tighten implant loosened at routine cleaning. Still not resolved four months later...writing this from the dental chair. I've been waiting here for an hour only to be referred out again.
Have had nothing but positive experiences here! The staff is friendly, and polite! Very clean and welcoming environment. Dr. Blum personally called me on a Saturday to confirm my appointment and called me after my dentistry work to make sure I was doing okay so that everything was great for my upcoming wedding! It made me feel like a very valued customer. Thank you, bear canyon dentistry!
