I needed help since my awning was stuck. I was only passing through and needed assistance. I called and left a message. I NEVER RECIEVED A CALL BACK.
We thought it would be a good shop to work with but all we got was lies and a bill for some work we didn't sign for or agree to. Plus we paid for a storage room for our rv he said was a friend of his but we cant get our gate code and its paid for unless he is there... what a joke right. Yes the law will be involved so this won't happen to another broke down traveler. This guy is a crook and his word can't be trusted. You have been warned God Blessed!
Vehicle wasnt running. They came, they figured out a temp solution, vehicle is running now... cant ask more than that.
Our credit card comp. will take care now as customers should not be treated so badly..They were bullies when I tried to resolve this on the phone with them...yelling, talking over us, being rude....BAD BUISNESS
We called for a service call @ $150.00, in ABQ. at the KOA They told us what they thought was wrong but that we could make it back to tucson az to have it fixed.
Penny Rediger @ Dennis Webb

We found the sales receipt and credit card receipt for $150.00
Avoid at all costs unethical rip off artists! While traveling through Albuquerque in June had a breakdown and unfortunately used this shop for repairs. They replaced a Compressor and Serpentine Belt. Took 2 days and once we got the car back and got on our way only made it 115 miles and less than 2 hours before the replaced compressor blew apart because they did not flush and vacuum the system out and complete the repair correctly. We are out 4 days hotel and days in total that we would have to sue for. Also fighting for reimbursement in total from Mastercard for the repair. The shop took no responsibility for their shoddy work and owner refused to refund money for a job we had to pay for again! Tried saying faulty part and go after his parts supplier. New mechanic tried working with owner who was rude and noncooperative! We will not stop until we get out money back for work that was not done correctly that we had to pay for again! Lost over $2000 in total! Do not use this business!
My wife and I was broke down in the side of the Hwy for our truck engine going out while pulling Rv. We paid them to pull and tow both vichels.
I would never advise anyone to this particular shop....Double billing
