Cost way too much. better off saving your money for your wheel stuff for 1 month. Instead of paying 10x the wheel price.
WOULD RATE NO STARS! DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Feb 20 was advised that they could do same day install for 4 rims if we were in by 5pm, Got there at 4:30 said No sorry we have an appt at 5:00. Put down 650.00 cash that day. Feb 21 Sent husband in for Install day, machines weren't ready waited an hour before they said that they needed different tires and they were not in stock so I would have to wait another week or put on used tires. During install they damaged one of the lug nuts taking off my reg tires so now my new rim on one tire only has 4 lug nuts compared to 5. They told him I needed to go in ASAP otherwise warranty would be VOIDED. Came in that day at 3:30 and was told I didn't need to sign anything since I was disputing the amount since I got used tires and to come back the following day when Store Manager was in. Went in Feb 22 told the Store Manager why I wanted to get money back- I was paying 1900.00 for New tires and given USED! He only told me he could give me 150.00 off and talked down to me like I was DUMB and didn't know anything about RIMS. Asked for new contract stating USED Tires he didn't want to provide one and said there was nothing I needed to sign. Meanwhile all the guys in the office right behind him were saying F this F that - non stop vulgar language. Do you think A Store Mgr would say something? Nope. Feb 24 Husband noticed a scratch scuff mark on driver left rim and a metal fragment in the tire. Called the location immediately and he was accused of hitting a curb! There was "nothing" they could do for the rim only tire. Feb 28 had them fix tire - metal frag. Put down another 500.00 towards balance. Was told I owed still 1080.00 by a new worker, turns out that was a credit and that they couldn't see the 150.00 taken off from the balance. Immediately asked for a District Manager - Johnny. Called him told him my whole experience and he said they would get me a new rim and store mgr would call me for an appt. Waited a week - order was put in on 3/7 and didn't get it in till today 3/16. Sent Husband in today 3/16 to have them put the new Rim on. Guess what? He comes back 30 mins later to tell me I was given a SCRATCHED RIM.. Just like the one they REPLACED. He was asked when he got there if he had taken the tire and rim off already as if it were his job! They kept telling him about the warranty not replacing CURB hits! Still being accused! The installer asked him for his keys all rude like it was an inconvenience to him. He told them that there is a scratch on rim and they stated that it was shipped that way so he said you better take money off our balance and they said no. Called Johnny, not there so I left a msg for him but I am DONE! I want my money back and will take it to another place that wont RIP me off. Don't go here unless you want to pay 2000.00 for scratched rims and used tires with HORRIBLE customer service. Now to get over 1000.00 that I already paid to them back and it hasn't even been a whole month having these rims!
They didnt have what I wanted, so they referred me to someone who does. Great customer service, looked over many options with me and were patient.
Damn that sucks all these comments ppl are putting I was gonna go spend cash on 2 of my rides but after reading what ppl are putting im good ill go some where else
