Very disappointed. I called and asked how much for a 1000 mile service was quoted $220 and that is where the conversation ended. Dropped the bike off this morning. Asked again if the 220 price was correct. Was told "yes". Went back to pick the bike and was handed a bill just over 360.00 with extra charges for fluids. That was never mentioned when I asked for a quote to service my bike. Asked why the difference. Was told "I didn't know it was the wrong price when I quoted you" . I asked why did you not call me about the change in price before performing the work on the bike? No response. They dropped it a whole 25 bucks which is still 103 over the original quote after tax. Asked the lady behind the counter why this was the case and was completely ignored. Not to mention they could not even find my keys. Asked the kid that brought my bike around where are my keys " i dont know but I have to leave". Had to go find my own keys. Will never return. Should have gone to Lohmans!!!
