Japanese Car Care is the first and only auto shop I’ve trusted to do auto work besides myself or the dealer. I couldn’t have been more pleased trusting the existing Google reviews and choosing them out of the endless list of mechanics in Albuquerque. Got my car back the next day and now ALL of my windows are broken and won't roll down. I'm going to fix it myself (for $12 tops) and move on to a new company.
I stopped by to get an oil change and they promptly took me in even after I found out that they work by appointment only. Great staff.
By far one of the best auto shops in the Albuquerque area that I have been to. Great staff and fair prices are hard to beat and I strongly suggest brining your car in today. They work on both Japanese vehicles as well as domestics. A+

I've been to this place a few times before, but this last experience has convinced me to move on to a different mechanic as they've damaged my car.
Took my vehicle to Japanese Car Care after it broke down in traffic. During the repair I got a call from the mechanic stating that they noticed one of M y back windows didn't work (this has been the case since I bought the car). The mechanic lets me know that they'd be happy to fix it for me though, for the low low price of $235. I of course told them no, I wasn't interested and not to touch it.
