Friendly and competent staff - always professional. Got me in a couple of days before Thanksgiving - same day service - drove my repaired car home that same evening. No pressure to fix every little problem, just honest advice. After being ripped off by several local (reputable?) shops I've finally found where all my cars will be serviced - IVS is GREAT. Very satisfied customer.

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PLACE. MY CAR WAS KEPT FOR MONTHS WITHOUT AN UPDATE. JUAN THE MANAGER IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I WAS PROMISED A LOANER CAR AMONG OTHER THINGS FROM TONY ONLY TO CALL FOR AN UPDATE ON MY CAR AFTER MONTHS OF OF NOT HEARING A THING TO FIND OUT TONY WAS NO LONGER THERE. MY CAR WAS LEFT OUTSIDE WITH THE WINDOWS DOWN NEEDLESS TO SAY IT WAS FILTHY WITH A LAYER OF DIRT AND LEAVES. AND GREASE ON SEATS , DOORS AND FLOOR MATS. AFTER FINALLY PICKING MY CAR UP THERE WERE ISSUES THAT WERE NOT PRESENT WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF. DEREK THE MECHANIC FINALLY MADE EVERYTHING RIGHT AGAIN. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR THERE EVERY AGAIN. THEY'RE NOT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH SAAB CARS. THANK GOD FOR JEFF'S SAABS.

I've had a lot of experience dealing with other shops and I always come back here and am always so pleased, These guys work with you and stand by there work where other shops break more than they fix.
