Outstanding customer service when we came in on short notice for a couple nails in the tires. While they were short staffed we came up with a solution to get a tire that was out of stock. I would recommend coming here again!

BEWARE OF THIS FIRESTONE. I paid them about $240 and all i got out of it was and oil change and an employee who blatantly lied about a conversation we had. I took my car in because it was leaking coolant and they charged me $40 and said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. I took it in again a week later because the check engine light came on and they charged me $200 to read the computer on my car(something autozone does for free) and an oil change. The man on the phone said it was just my AC and suggested that i take it to a dealer for repairs since they couldnt fix it and he assured me that my car was safe to drive after i told him that i needed to drive a long distance that weekend. On the way home from firestone my car broke down with steam coming out and the coolant light on. When i called them about it i spoke to the same man and he lied when i questioned why he told me it was fine to drive and said that he said that i should immediately take it to get repaired and that he never said it was fine to drive. None the less, this place is there only to take as much of your money as they can for the least amount of labor.
Waste of my time and money! I just asked for a simple inspection. Was told it would just be a couple hours. 24 hours later was told I needed to pay for more tests and needed a major repair (head gasket). Took the car to a mechanic recommended by a friend. The car is fine. No head gasket repair needed.
