1 star for the fact that they didn't call me when my car was ready. Didn't get an apology . car door was unlocked . guy didn't offer to go get my vehicle , like they did everyone else. I was sitting in the lobby the whole time. Guess they pick & choose who they give good customer service. Thanks a lot discount tire
I personally know a couple of the guys that work at this location but even when they aren’t working and I don’t know a single guy there they are very professional and very nice even if it’s for a simple but annoying air check. They looked over all my tires and even my spare without asking. Even though I knew my spare was was over 10 years old they told about it and continued to check the air and told me the condition of my tires. These men are outstanding of what they are doing to keep us safe on the road and they are a great reflection of the leadership at discount tire.
