I am a POTENTIAL NEW CUSTOMER. Before going down to the new ABQ branch, I called the number to find out if I could make an appointment to change ALL my accounts. I got routed to the call center with some rep mumbling into the phone - so rude. I told him that I needed to set up an appointment. He supposedly called over to the branch and had me on hold for 5 minutes. Then he came back and said NO ONE is PICKING up over there... not a good sign. I told him again that I wanted to transfer 6 accounts and then he HUNG UP ON ME. If this terrible customer service is how they treat someone looking to bring 6 accounts over, then how do they treat you once they have your money????
I'm not one to jump off a bridge yelling fire without cause but FIRE FIRE FIRE this bank!! I'd do it but it's an account someone set up for me and I can't do it yet but I can warn others. When you repeat and repeat your request a million times and they still have someone going Huh? Or now what? You begin you realize they aren't listening and worse than that not caring about your money or that YOU ARE PAYING THEIR SALARY! Wow I don't think our money is even as protected as as Wells Fargos logo of the trunk of money with leather straps holding it shut while tied onto an open stage coach. I guess it's made by the ACME CO. and I should sit and wait for the roadrunner and coyote to come By!
I can only say good about LANB albq,eccept new location,**but I've had to leave state to caregiver dying parent in Fla,they been great handling my outstate account,doreen Kelsey's been v helpful..
