The people are nice sure, but the bank itself and its SOP's are a nightmare. I'm CONSTANTLY having problems with my account, my debit cards not working, or being over drafted because I cant use my debit card a minimum of 8 times. Hard to do when my card doesn't work. There are a hundred and one other issues I have but don't have the time to deal with here. I have trouble finding the convenience in this place and have instead opted to go to a different bank. PS. The above reviews are employees..

They are sooooo slow! Tellers constantly talking to each other and not waiting on customers. Very rude.

I only read it this Bank five stars because I want mine to be seen. First off you have to add money to your account of course but say you didn't want to use your credit card? Say you didn't use your credit card eight times out of the month, they will charge you for not using your credit card!. They never answer the phone but apparently they're open from 6 a.m. but everytime I call to try to talk to somebody I can never get through. Customer service is not that great I went in with my ride one day and the lady I was talking to was so disrespectful she was doing my paperwork and she wasn't talking to me, she was asking me any questions . So me and my friend we started talking, like normal people do. She looks up at us and says " are you guys always like this" my friend and I looked at each other and we look back at her and I said "what do you mean" and she said "well I'm trying to do this paperwork and you guys are being very disrespectful and talking" and I'm just thinking... honey this is your job! & I'm allowed to talk first of all if you can't do paperwork while people are talking in the background then you don't need to be a person who works at a bank !! Her attitude and tone in her voice made me my friend look at each other like should I smack her or do I ask her what the hell is wrong with her and I did and she said ' out of her years of working at a bank she's never had anybody be so disrespectful while she does paperwork for them' . Like bye girl bye .

The employees are nice but the bank itself is horrible twice i had been #%^, over by them 1st time was i seen a pending transaction coming through so i deposit the money to cover it and the tell er told.menthat i would be fine and don't have to worry about the overdraft fee the next morning I had a negative balance of 145 and when i went in they said they couldn't so anytji g and i had to pay that balance the 2nd time which was on June 18th 2017 tmobile had taken over 455 error on their behalf I went into the bank to stop it 15 min afyer it happen and they told me they cant since its pending which was complete bs what bank does that this one does then they told me i had to contact T-Mobile which I did and they reversed it which took about 3 days i went back into the bank they told.me they still cant reverse the overdraft fee until I get a letter from tmobile stating it was in their error so i did by this time it was a 5 days since T-Mobile took the money out i sent him the email of the letter and the manager never replied so i went in and waited 30 min till he came to tell me that he got it I came back the next day and he still did not send it off it took another week for them another 2 days to reverse the overdraft fee this bank is horrible and crooked do not bank here I have been with nusenda since them and i have never been treated better then any other bank

Generally nice ppl. But always convenient because the hours are much more accommodating than any other bank you have had no matter the quality.. Most banks are open when you're at work. These guys are open when you're able to get there!
