Husband's wallet was stolen. We both went into this location. Gentleman by the door was knowledgeable of what we needed. Once we went to his manager, it was a different story. She would not help only if he had ID, but I had my ID&bank card. Frustrate ensued. No alert on our account, no suspension, she said come back when fraud had occurred. I said we're trying to prevent fraud. As we were leaving with no resolve, I heard her yelling 'and don't come back here'. Another lady mocking said, 'have a good day. It's Friday!'
Very bad coustmer service! This is why mexicans take jobs! Because they move faster!
There is always a shortage of cashiers and most of them constantly need help from manager or help did to obvious bad training. Always a line of 4+ people no matter what time of day.
I did speak to a rep before and she sent me to their 1-800 number which was absolutely no help either...how frustrating!
