Great living experience for a student. I really enjoyed my time living here! Never had a problem.
I live here for one year. I am an international student; When I moved here I was worried that my roommate would party all the time but fortunately my roommate only partied once per time and they would inform me beforehand. Every thing else was superb here especially the management. I move out only because I wanted to live in a house.
DO NOT let your child live at Lobo village! It's 100% UNSAFE! They are giving students and families a false sense of security with fake cameras and security guards who don't care who goes in or out of the property. They have RAs who don't answer calls or who never call UNM police as people break into rooms, vandalize cars etc. Crime there is ridiculous with little to no help from management. The 5 star Facebook reviews are fake. Just look at the dates from January 23-26 or so! They are all scripted and sound so similar. Definitely something Managment had people do. Again PARENTS, DO NOT PAY FOR YOUR CHILD TO LIVE AT LOBO IF YOU CARE ABOUT THEIR SAFETY AND PROPERTY!
This place is really nice and convenient for college students. I enjoy how they always have activities to make sure all the students get to know more people. The staff is always helpful. Depending on the building the outside might be cleaner but sometimes some are dirty hallways.
I love living at Lobo Village, I lived in an apartment my first two years and it was really hard getting to school and really hard to pay rent. Living here has made my college experience sooo much easier. The staff are excellent especially my RA Lezdy Leyva!
