Casas is a great place to live, very clean and new looking and I love that the staff is available 24/7. The amenities are great and of course the convenience of being so close to things on campus. Everybody is friendly and respectful and I would definitely live there again if I choose to live on campus at all.
The rooms are really big! The interior is pretty and everything looks new. Rooms are furnished with a decent sized desk, 2 drawers, a microwave and a mini fridge. I love it here, I would definitely live here again if I'm living on campus again.
The rooms are very clean and spacious compared to other dorms. They are conveniently close to all of my classes and also very close to nob hill/downtown! The only con in my opinion is that there are never any open washers/dryers and maintenance is poor. Other than that, Casas is a great option for freshman/students wanting to live on campus.
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!, Overcharge you for everything and so expensive, didn't even live here or get the correct forms to even be approved for anything, have no credit history and we're waiting for my parent to sign so I could be approved, they assigned me a room ANYWAY without gender nutural form signed or all parties signing. Re lit it to my friend to get them off my ass and still charged me some fee even though it wasn't official in the first place!!! Won't let me talk to the manager and refuses that I wanted a garentor cause I'm 18. Can't afford it by myself and didn't even look into the credit history I don't have. If you actually read their contract it makes absolutely no sense!! Contradict every other statement and would sue them if I was a dying college student. Also said to have my boyfriend find a roommate as well that must be male. Ive been stressed out this whole semester and they put me and my bf through hell. Awful and disappointed in everything here.
Beautiful dorms! I love living here and I like that they are more private and spacious than the other dorms on campus. Everyone is nice and I've had a great experience living here. It's definitely felt like my home away from home.
