I love John Brooks. It is an old school supermarket experience, always with a few killer deals.
My family has been going there for years and now me and my family go too. Staff is super friendly an very an helpful an every time I get to go there they always ask for my parents an just over all they are truly amazing. It's great to see people in customer service who actually enjoy it an are so respectful. Nettie is a wonderful lady who goes above and beyond for customers as well as Johnnie an Frankie, an rest of employees. I highly recommend stopping in. I no longer live in area but every time I come to see parents I always gotta make a trip there.
Alright market for quick items. Pricing a little higher probability due to buying power of small chain. Revisited this review after last visit three weeks ago. Work on customer service 3 stars to 2. Revisited again, will not come here anymore. Don't like one star ratings attached to my account so it stays at two stars.
I always bring my friend here to shop and not once have a bad experience, but today was a first. We had looked at a small bag of pinions earlier and when we got rang up our cashier was trying to accuse us of stealing the small bag! Cashier 801. A little old lady. This is completely uncalled for. If she was so concerned about us taking the item she could check the cameras. Bad customer service.
