For all that, it is a low overhead operation, so the price is a bit less than other places.
They helped with a unit with zero to very short notice , meet me at the facility and handled all the paperwork quickly. I found them to be very nice people.
Well, it is a storage place. Minus one star for locking me out by mistake. Minus another for taking ~2 weeks of back and forth phone messages to resolve issue. I have never occasioned to catch owner/operator actually on site...You'll have to call and make appointment to get a lease.
Also if you live in neighborhood: There is no reasonable way to get out if you didn't bring a car in....so don't walk or ride your bike, or you will be climbing the entrance gate to get to keypad so you can get your bicycle out.
