Definitely no perks here, aside from a free lock. Insurance is provided only if you purchase it. Fort Knox covers nothing, from floods to break-ins. Their webpage does not reflect their current prices, so call to see their actual prices. You cannot pay online let alone set up an automatic payment schedule. To pay you must call with your credit card number or show up in person. The unit I have is reasonably clean. In the end, however, it's a spot where I can store my things while need be.
These guys are great and super friendly. New management has continued the same rapport with customers and been accommodating and respectful.
rates are fair
It was a good place to rent the last couple years until new mgmt a few months ago. I had 24 hr access. Went to unit last night @ 9:00 PM & the new mgmt had cut off my 24 hr access without notifying me! Cost me $30 in fuel alone! Needless to say the 2 hrs lost & aggrivation.
