A very frustrating experience. Had a few leaks inside my garage. After a lot of research and reading reviews I chose K-ram. A roofing specialist came out quite quickly and recommended patching the gutters and the quote was reasonably priced. I agreed to it and he said they would call in a few days to schedule the repair. (He also mentioned my roof looked old and I should consider replacing it.) Long story short they supposedly showed up about a week later and fixed it without a call and without informing me. I had no idea it had been done (but I was curious why there was a box cutter in the dirt on the side of my garage) until he showed up early one morning to get paid. At first I thought it was nice that it happened so seamlessly but then it rained and my garage leaked again but this time in only 3 of the 4 locations. I called them and after the second or third call the specialist returned for about 2 minutes and said he would fix the rest no charge. A week or so later I had the feeling it had not been repaired yet so I went on the roof to inspect and found a mess. Trash remnants and a minimal patch job in one spot that I could have done myself. I have since called several times and each time I am told they will come out "this week" and fix it but that hasn't happened. After this experience I wont be choosing them to replace my roof when the time comes. I had such high hopes for them and I hate to leave a bad review but my frustration prevails.

Had an appointment for a new roof estimate this morning at 8:00am. Gilbert no showed. Gilbert did not have the curtesy of calling to tell me he can't make the appointment. If they can't show up to give an estimate how bad will the warranty work be if there is a problem.
