Whether vegetarian or not, all diners at Vibrance can enjoy delicious,fresh, imaginative, beautifully presented food. Oh..P.S. The food is healthy! I start all my meals with dessert; the chocolate cheesecake I ordered was SO good, I would happily have skipped dinner and ordered a second piece. I'm glad I didn't. My party shared appetizers that were all worth having as a main course; our mains were-likewise-tasty. We had a super helpful and funny waitress too. Keep this place busy, Albuquerque. It's a winner.
Vibrance was an Amazing Treasure to find! I went on Sun and they serve a Buffet! All the food was Delicious and had unique flavors! The Staff was kind and Art was great too experience! I'll definitely be coming back!
My first time going was a very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. I will definitely be going again. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the building. The only minor complaint I could have is that the food wasn't labeled. For the not so obvious sauces and such, I wasn't sure what to do with it. But knowing that it was all vegan, it didn't matter too much to me! It is a little pricey but for all you can eat (drinks are included) and the quality of food, it makes sense to me. I definitely went away feeling full and that it was worth it.
I have not been a fan of vegan food until I tried this place. Sunday buffet was great and the staff was very friendly. Everything is organic and 100% vegan. They have interesting art and a very cool rock collection on display. I will definitely be coming back.
Awesome option for vegan / vegetarian fare. Had the lentil sweet potato stew which was a very hearty and tasty meal. Flax seed crackers are also so yummy!
