Seafood served cold. Started off with good egg drop soup. Downhill after that. There was no stream coming from the food & plate wasn't warm. Mind you this is SEAFOOD!!! Lobster, shrimp etc. I took my plate to the front table and the female manager said, "Cold?" Of course I said cold! I told her seafood has to be served at 165°. She seemed not to care. So she had to see my food out for awhile right? I declined getting my food prepared again. Very unprofessional. These guys should be on the Red Alert for serving this & be embarrassed. My gf & 3 kids said it was just ok & they are asian. I'll look elsewhere. Wish it hadn't went this way.
I have been frequenting this place for years. Its true that one horrid experience can tarnish the whole experience for good. I have a medical condition that makes me sensitive to spicy foods. I ordered my food mild tonight and it was good. However, over 90% of my order (Mongolian Beef) was onions. I literally received a whole dish of onions. Now, I"ve never complained with this establishment before and I am a frequent visitor. I called to complain for the first time and was received with such utter rudeness and dismissiveness that I was apalled. I even decided to go talk to her face-to-face only to be laughed at to my face. When I asked for the owners info they said he lived out of the country. I left and called the restaurant again to try to gain owner info only to be answered by a guy who threatened me. You try to be open-minded about immigrants but this was clearly a situation where immigrants stand together and bully the system. I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. THE OWNER IS NOT AVAILABLE, THE MANAGER COULD CARE LESS AND THE STAFF IS RUDE AND THREATENING.....this, after years of providing them with money to run their establishment. The thanks we get for welcoming them into our community I guess. SHAME ON THEM and SHAME ON JANICE FOR BEING THE INSTIGATOR IN ALL OF THIS when she could have handled this a different way from the beginning.
I love this place. I rarely eat Chinese food because it usually isn't made well. Rose Garden however is always amazing. I love the Egg Foo Yong, General Tso's Chicken, and more. All of their food is delicious. They also keep their restaurant very clean and kept up.
Chinese food that is consistent. No fusion, no japanese-vietnamese-korean amalgamation, just traditional american chinese food. Always pretty good. Not the best thing since sliced egg rolls but still a GOOD place for chinese food you know?
Awesome food, always tastes fresh cooked. Quick service and friendly staff. Definitely our family's favorite Chinese restaurant!
