New and only teppan grill on the west side
Not the worst sushi I've ever had but maybe 5th or 6th in the city. You can do better.
The service was super slow because for some reason only one waiter was working the entire restaurant and helping seat people too. The roll I had was just...OK (fried Philly roll: $11 before tip), but the prices are too high for how "meh" the food is. I got a single 8-piece roll for over $11 (before tip), it included a bowl of Miso. If you walk just 350 meters away in the same shopping center, you can find Sakura Sushi and get a full lunch combo (8-piece basic roll + 5 chef's choice + salad + Miso) for $12 before tax. The decor in Sakura is also much nicer than the ghetto look of Nippon.
