I have been coming to Mandarin for 25 years! I have always had excellent service and amazing food!! I love the family who owns it and my children go there as well!

What American-style Chinese place uses New Mexico-style red chile sauce to spice up all their dishes? This place does. Ugh. Terrible. And I'm a big fan of red enchiladas (when done southern NM style). Fortunately, they were very willing to talk about it and work me and serve me something better... but there's nothing drawing me back here either given that there appears to be 2 traditional-style Chinese places in town and one of them has already proven to be at least pretty good.
