The food was great, it was quick and hot.
I paid for the soda I drank, and the sopapillas (which were good), but the lackluster service and poor food quality overall did not make up for their reasonable prices.
More of a fast lunch place, unlike the other Little Anita's in town. No table service here. Decent Mexican food. Location is hard to find -- but handy for the airport hotel crowd.
It took us 10 minutes to get seated, another 25 to get our food. When the food arrived, it was so old and cold, the beans were crusty, and my soft tacos were greasy rubber shells, filled with poorly seasoned gristle. The server took another 10 minutes to ask if the food was okay, and then ten minutes later an assistant manager showed up. Ten minutes after that, the general manager showed up, and asked about our experience, noting that I hadn't eaten much of my food.
The chicken taco's had a little bit of green chili in them. Not too hot, not too mild.
5 Stars, no questions.
First and last time we'll be eating there.
My wife and I loved the Combination Platter, although they have a wall dedicated to menu items, offered either Red or Green Hatch Chili. Inexpensive. I liked the fact that there were a number of service men here digging into their food. They always know where the good food is for those with busy schedules. Our food came quick and hot, ready To Go in an 8" foil or just sit down to eat. Seating is limited, but many orders were To Go for employees of nearby businesses. Sopapias and honey for dessert. Mmm..
Could not have asked for more.
The menu at the University location, was a bit different then the web site, and less expensive.
Not a full scale Anita's, more of a quick pick location with a limited menu. Food is still good just was hoping for a dining experience.
