They are always friendly and they keep your drinks full at all times.
Service wasn't great at all. Our server was polite but didn't seem to have guest service experience. Food was good but could've been better.
My waitress was super attentive to my needs despite having several tables to take care of!! The food was excellent but I did have to inform her my pancakes were cold and she did not hesitate to quickly get me fresh pancakes. I'm a server myself and I observed all the servers excellent at there job! But I do have to say my server named Jessica went above and beyond to make my first experience at this IHOP great!!
This place is disgusting. Our server "Juan" did nothing. No refills. Our food was served by someone else to the wrong table then given to us once they realized it wasn't theirs... GROSS, I know. The food was nasty as well and we normally love IHOP but this one may have changed our minds. Also the tables and booths are dirty. Basically just don't go here. We normally tip pretty well but I feel like we should have had to get paid to eat here... Maybe they just didn't serve us very well because we are white, I don't know. Other tables seemed to get prompt service so I guess if you are Hispanic they will treat you well here.
My family went to eat here and paid on a debit card. They wrote 0 for the tip because they left a too in cash, when they checked their bank statement the server added a $10 tip. We called them all day to speak to a manager and no one answered the phone. Now we will be going in person to talk to the manager.. Do not eat here, if you do check your bank statements...!!
