Well how convenient to find a Fuddruckers right across the street from our hotel and ready for us to call in a to-go order and come pick it up. What was incredible was one sandwich and one salad made two huge to-go boxes and then they gave me a third box to go to the little bar of condiments and tomatoes and onions and pickles to fill for the sandwich why it was almost like a meal for three and only one sandwich wow. We were quite pleased and it fed two of us without even blinking. The staff was super friendly engaging and joyful. I was in and out in nothing flat and I'd come back for sure. Yep it's a chain , yep it's a Fuddruckers , yep they did a good job
Ordered burgers medium rare. Both were cooked well done. Fish was grossly overcooked, to very dark brown in color. Ordered sweet potato fries, got regular wedge fries. I told the teenager cooking that I was supposed to get sweet potato fries. He said they would be ready in 5 minutes. Never received them. Told manager burgers were overcooked. He said sorry. Told him I got wrong fries, he said sorry. No refund offered. I told him I had no fries with my meal because his cook never made them. He said sorry. This place is putting employees on grill before they are ready. Place wasn't busy, so just poor training or they don't care. Won't return.

We love that most the time the wait time is reasonable for a grilled burger & fries. [15-30 min] Fresh toppings are easy to choose from on the veggie bar.
Decent burgers. Really good fries. However, I asked for medium but got well done. So next time I will emphasize medium.
The Veggies have always looked fresh and ready to eat...[except of course this last visit the temps were 106°+F out the shredded lettuce looked like it needed an extra squirt of water...]
Good stuff here. Down 1 star due to constant loud calling names to get orders. Annoying
