One of the worst experiences eating out that I've ever had, especially after the food was cold, my water had crap floating in it, and the waiter got confrontational with me after complaining about the way we were treated. Not even the manager apologized after we told her the waiter got in a shouting match with us. Never will I give these assholes my hard earned money again.
My second time eating here and it was pretty bad. The first time seemed better, the food was more fresh. The second time was terrible. I ordered a burger. The waitress was really not up to speed, she came out with a cold soggy burger with soggy fries. I pulled my hair back, but I really caught myself pulling hairs from my burger. I was starving so I took out the hairs and didn't feel like sending it back to wait another 40 minutes. I won't return!
Food was ok. We got the Build your own Burger, Carne Adovada, Posole & Chips and salsa. The service was terrible. I can't believe this poor girl actually makes any money at this job. She was clueless and never brought the lemons, the condiments or ice for our drinks. We would not eat here again.
Well to start the evening we were told a fifteen to twenty minute wait when they had no one around an the had been clearing tables directly behind hostess like crazy as we were speaking to them... That's fairly bad but understandable I suppose. The when we got seats we sat down ordered drinks just teas and waters they came quick enough and then we placed our meal order. I had the green chile chicken Alfredo my girl had the prime rib, my son had the New York, and my daughter had a fish and chips platter... The New York was overcooked but edible... Ordered medium and got a almost well but edible. The daughters fish and chips had no flavor at all in fact we both agreed it tasted like one from a banquet frozen dinner plate... The fries were cold but tasted good... Took four tries to ask and receive ketchup, finally we asked the table behind us for theirs... My plate was poorly made as well the chicken was overdone and had been either reheated or under the heat lamps a long time and it also lacked any flavor of green chile or any other flavor... The pasta was hard on top and soggy on bottom and the sauce was gritty. My girl's prime rib though was possibly the most tragic... It seems to have been purely microwaved... The color was that of poor beef left out of refuge ration for almost too long and not in a aging type way but in a "oh crap we forgot!" Way...it had the look of well done pork on the inside and was more chewy then a really good beef jerky... Totally threw my girl off her appetite and the rest of us followed suit soon after a complaint the waitress seemed to know was coming they removed my Alfredo and the prime rib but honestly for the money this place should be grade AAA and it turned into a "F"lop really fast... Better off at an Applebee's or even the cheap deli in the casino... We obviously expected better and we hope this review helped some other poor family from the same issues!
I would not eat again. Wings were frozen still and waitress looked at me like I was retarded when I asked for them you be cooked well. Steak was burnt poor service. Drinks were ok not great.
