Our waiter was really pleasant and attentive. He made sure to point out the happy hour menu which had exactly what we wanted. It was a relaxing experience. Will definitely go back to this chili's!
We were greeted and attended by a very personable and friendly staff waitress. We didn’t have to wait very long for our food, and we enjoyed sitting at the bar watching the games.
They've got good food and usually friendly staff. Not too crowded when I ate there.
The reviews for this one are surprisingly low to me! Every single time my husband and I have come to this Chili's, we've always had wonderful service! The servers we've had have been so personable and the food is always great! Keep it up!
Poor service. A few weeks ago I went there to grab lunch before going to work (night shift). I sat at the bar thinking it would be faster service (no alcohol). The bar tender was friendly and attentive but over worked. It took him about 10 minutes to get me a diet coke because he had to fulfill the dinning room's drink orders. After he took my order I waiting 40 minutes for my food until I was late for work. I asked them to cancel it and I would pay for my drink. The manager came out apologize and gave me two $10 gift cards for the issue. I had to leave but she still made me wait to get my to go food that I had paid with my card already. I planned to eat my food on the drive to work but when I open my plate I was amazed at the few pieces of meat there were in place of my fajita order and the cold tortillas broke in pieces when folded. Chili's usually serves good portions and that seem like someone's leftovers. Since I had the $20 worth of gift cards I went back tonight. I was seated right away but after 15 minutes of sitting there no one ever came to even take a drink order. I left and took my business across the street to Denny's. I've never experience such lack of service at Chili's in Arizona. Make sure you dont go there hungry because you will be waiting a long time to eat.
