Came back to Albuquerque and this was one of my favorite places to go. I was very disappointed. Not good at all and dirty.
Phone ordered, excited for taco burger tuesday until I came to this spot! After 30 min and finally getting through the line to pay, they never even had my order! I even confirmed i had the right location and they still managed to screw up my night. Wasted too much time and energy. I am taking my business elsewhere from now on. Atleast I wont waste money on their anymore. This is the last time.
Left Bob's on Eubank very UPSET I called my order in and was told it would take about 20 minutes so I figured I would give them an extra 5 minutes I got there and was told it would be right up so I sat and waited for another 15 minutes I finally got up and asked about it the young man checked the TO GO orders and there it was NICE AND COLD by now, I had ordered my fries CRISPY and they were mushy by now he offered to make my FRIES over so I said please my wife had requested them CRISPY NO HAPPY WIFE NO HAPPY WIFE when my fries were finally done I asked to speak to the manager all she said was sorry when I would have expected a FULL comp after being there a TOTAL of 45 minutes I understand it was Taco Burger Tuesday but to wait 55 minutes is uncalled FOR... But I will probably be back because my wife likes it but not FOR ME!!!!!!!
This is one of the slowest places in the world to get your order. If you're not hungry when you go in you will be the time you leave with your order. Tuesday night is there big night. You think they would be better prepared for it. And it has been this way for years. I even stopped going for about a year-and-a-half one time just because I got fed up with the weight.
I found two hairs in my meal. One in the fries and one in the ice cream. None of the employees wear hairnets which is truly disgusting. Restaurant is dirty and there is a build up of trash in the planter. Won’t be coming to this trash bin again.
