Waited for ever in drive through. Finally said, "You're wasting my gas. Should I park and come in. Guy said yes. Had coupon and there was an issue ringing it up. Several minutes passed and he gave me the food. Food excellent! Never charged me. Feel maybe he made a mistake? Intentionally or not. The food was good. Manager went above and beyond not charging me.
Went to the Nob Hill Arby's for breakfast this morning at 830 am. Restaurant locked and no one answering the drive thru. Phone not being answered. Went back at 915 am. Cars in the parking lot and restaurant still closed. The door says they open at 8 am! Called again and someone finally picked up and said we're open now! Really? After multiple trips to your location. Shohldve listed to the other Google reviews. Dont waste your time or hard earned cash. Please go out of business and let someone with great product and customer service use this location instead. A waste indeed!
Gone here twice & they will literally stand there & refused to serve you. How does the owner or management not do anything about this? The 2nd time was yesterday between 1-1:30
The only one working was a kid named Manuel everyone else was setting on the counters and not doing anything. Worst place I've seen in a while. Manuel you need to go work somewhere else that Will appreciate your hard work.
Terrible place. Horrible customer service at times you will sit there and the workers will stare at you refusing to serve you.
