Have always had a great experience, love the no cell phone use policy. Free refills and reclining chairs. What's not to love.
Icon is great if you purchase your seats online. They try to be as accommodating as they can otherwise. The place can be a little messy since you get your own popcorn and soda. The recliner chairs are amazing. Very spacious, and can go almost 180 degrees. The vibrating chairs are neat, but do not recline. In their biggest screen the chairs have a few more cool functions. Head moves, back moves and foot rest all move individually however they are much smaller. Overall, this is favorite place to watch movies.
"Projector wasn't working but would be in a few minutes," we were told thirty minutes after our movie was scheduled to start. An hour after it was scheduled we were told to go to screen one for a different showing. We walked to screen one, were met by two young men with brooms and dustpans and told to "sit wherever if were from screen 7" by two male employees. We settled in only to have the mgr storm in five minutes later and yell at the thirtyish of us from screen 7 because we "didn't do what we're supposed to and go back up front for new tickets." SOMETHING SHE NEVER SAID TO DO BEFORE. She made us go back to the front, the teenage employees at the front were mad that we didn't have our stubs from screen 7, acted like we were all a problem and it was our fault that they didn't show the movie we paid to see. Bad experience. Bad customer service. They were rude when all they needed to do was apologize and be kind.
This was my favorite theater before the Mgr showed how little she cares about her customers. Never again at Icon. They lost our business.
Reclining spacious seats. Vibrating seats. Wide aisles. The prices aren't outrageous. Military discount. Reserved seating. I love this place. It's the only movie theater in town I go to anymore
Love the recliner chairs!! Great movie theater!!! All you can eat popcorn and soda's...Have to see this place..Clean and neat movie theater..Better than most movie theater's...you aren't stepping on sticky junk, on the floor. I wasn't afraid to sit in the seats.. Would recommend this place to everyone.
