I am rating this company as a 5 Star Super Plus! Yes I just invented that rating because it should exist. Pop-A-Lock is more of a Life Line. As an out of state property owner I can only express the tremendous respect I have for this company. Professional, ethical, timely, responsive and dependable. All of Albuquerque should be utilizing them ONLY. If an out of state customer like myself receives such AMAZING service I can only imagine what the locals get. I strongly believe that the reason why the technicians are professional and trustworthy is because they are a reflection of the owner. Clearly she treats them well just like her customers. Don is the man...I was locked out and running late to work. I called Pop a Lock and explained my unique smart key lock, which can't be jimmyed. Within 20 minutes fast fast fast they were here and lock opened in no time. Experience counts and shows, thanks Don. It was no trip fee and very affordable and left zero damages to property, wow!
I had locked myself out of my car, as it's a SMART I figured it would be difficult to for any locksmith to unlock(though Don did actually say that he could have done it) plus I really had no way of knowing whether or not the keys were actually in there. It's actually quite difficult to lock keys in a SMART. I called Pop-A-Lock and arranged for them to meet me at my house and Don was waiting on my doorstep as I arrived in the Lyft car I'd called. Don was AMAZING, he totally went above and beyond. I am beyond thrilled the service.
Pop A Lock is so awesome that I am posting this while the locksmith is still here! I called them because my front door lock was being extremely unreasonable. I expected them to schedule me for some time in the future, but to my pleasant surprise they said they'd be here in 15 min.
