Had a wonderful dinner with friends and headed out to play some bingo!! We almost always enjoy the atmosphere in the bingo hall but some times people carry on talking and laughing out loud!! Being its called a professional bingo hall the mangers should ask them to keep their voices down. We could not hear the numbers being called and the monitor we were facing was not working. They carried on before bingo started until the very end. A lot of people were upset that these two tables of people disturbed the whole bingo hall! Yes, its a place to have fun but not carry on like they are in a bar drinking and partying it up. I suggest that signs should be put up that talking should be kept down not to disturb others!! I love Sandia Casino and my friends and I spend a lot of time there playing slots, table games, Bingo, and enjoy the restaurants!
So many new slots, and still plenty of the classic slots as well. Great food at the snack bar and deli. Hotel rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with jet tubs. Beautiful outdoor pool and amazing live entertainment in the lounge. Amazing view of the Sandias!
Took my folks to play bingo today. We had a great time. The bingo staff are so friendly, helpful and patient. Joleen, Norma, Jerome, James and so many others, always make us feel welcome and genuinely cared about. Great "homey" feel every time we go there.
Beautiful room, unfortunately we were only able to stay one night as we were traveling. Definitely going to stay there again. Service was great and food was delicious. I cannot say enough good things about this place
My husband would bring our family here often to eat at the buffet and it was something we once looked forward to. Let me just say that it's not anything close to what it was years ago. The quality of food just continues to go downhill. What's the point of eating out if all the food tastes horrible?! Waste of money, I'm better off staying at home. Always friendly staff and great service so that's nice.
