I was a bit leary about bringing my car to the Central Ave. location for an exterior wash, after all the poor reviews I read about it. I have been to many Mr. Car Wash locations in various states, and this one did the best job I ever had done! I have been to the location on HWY 528 many times and had the poorest car washes I ever had. Unfortunately, I live closer to the 528 location. My thanks to the staff at the Central Ave. location for doing a great job and showing excellent curtesy. I wish you could pass along the lesson of cleaning an automobile to the staff at your other location.
They often make mistakes with your debit card. I pay $19.99 per month and then all of a sudden I'm charged $32.24.
Having the unlimited car wash I go almost every day, love the service, although being a perfectionist, I always have to pull out my chamois to get the door jams and all.
..and it's my fault?! Please! Never offered to fix the problem , the manager just kept telling me that i must have upgraded. Well why thd hell woulf i be calling you if I upgraded. Beware! No professionals, just workers. Take your money elsewhere!
Love it. Have the unlimited car wash with them and lobe it. Very friendly places and workers always smiling.
