This is probably the worst service i have received from a car wash. On 09/16/2017 I took my car to get washed. I asked for the 7.00$ wash which included the exterior and rims. After they told me my car was ready. They didnt even dry it correctly i had to ask for them to dry my roof. After I left I notice water still dripping off on my side view mirrors. So I pulling of to a parking lot to see what else they had forgotten. They didnt dry my trunk or clean my rims correctly still had dirt on them. I ended up having to do it my self after i paid for it.
A good full-service car wash.. More stars if the management level staff seemed to be more customer focused. The worker-bees seem to be far more diligent, so still kept some stars.
The new owners have really cleaned up and painted the waiting area. The always pleasant cashier has been replaced by an even more pleasant cashier.
You want shity work I would recommond this place. You will never get another dollar out of me and I will never recommond anybody to this place.
So after all that happen. It ended up raining. Well as any other car wash you go to if it rains within 3 days you take it back and they was it. Not with this company. You will have to pay again the following day. Its just poor customer service all around. The cashier lady was texting on her phone while helping customers. The staff aint taking the time or putting in the effect to clean ur car right.
The experience was great. I've always had trouble at their biggest competitor with my tires. I always pay tire service to get that terrible break dust, and they NEVER do it right. GACW was different, i heard the staff read the ticket, and specifically identify "tires." I then saw them spend about a minute on each tire. That may seem trivial, but i was thrilled that the staff actually spent time to make sure all the brake dust was clean. Thank you to the staff, you've earned a customer.
My wife and I have been bringing our cars and trucks here for years! We have had great service 9 times out of 10, and good service on those not so good days.
Best Car Wash in Albuquerque! I love going here...They employees take their time to make sure your car is perfect before you get to it. I live 30 miles away in another city, and I'd rather drive to Great American Car Wash than any other location! Thanks guys your awesome!
