I went to the Melting Pot 6 years ago and that was long enough for me to not come back. It was a New Year's Eve experience, it was waaayyyy too expensive to cook your own food. I can cook my own food at home for free, or get Lotaburger for cheap. The service was fine, I know that to pay $80 is not a good way to start a new year.....just saying!

Such a great romantic experience my husband and I had. Had the 4 course meal and didn't eat all of our entrees so we could enjoy all of the dessert. Had we eaten all our meats, it would have been food overkill. Really loved how the booths make you feel like it's just you and your date. We're excited to go back!

I would never eat here again went there for my sons birthday and the service was horrible it took almost 4 hours for the complete experience. I cannot believe you have to boil your own food in broth. If you want a better dining experience you would be better off going to McDonald's it would be way cheaper and you would get a better meal. Food is way to overpriced and it takes way too long for the slow poor experience. I will never ever be going back and i will never recommend this overpriced dump to anyone. I spent almost $300 DOLLARS and the whole family was unsatisfied and still hungry !!!

Love this place..it is pricey but a great experience. All the staff we met tonight were very friendly and helpful. DEFINATELY would recommend and return. Thank you Tyler (our awesome server)! This is not a restaurant you want to eat fast and be in and out. For the full experience at least allow for a couple hours. The managers constantly checked on us to make sure all was well. That is very appreciated. Made reservations online which made it easier just called once restaurant opened to verify and it was accepted. You will spend at least $45 dollars a course here per person or you can purchase things individually like just cheese fondue, or their yummy chocolate dessert fondue selection. I recommend doing the full 4 course..this allows you to try something from each section (cheese, salad, entree, dessert) you have many choices on the fondues. You are even in control of the cooking method. Fry in Oil, boil in wine and herbs, tempura..etc. It's very interactive, so as I said before, come here with time and enjoy yourself.... P.S It's kind of dark inside but makes for great ambiance..very romantic in my opinion. Oh..i forgot if your a real chocolate lover and want to partake in a cocktail..the YING YANG is BOMB!!! You'll thank me later....YOU'RE WELCOME!

I won't even begin to talk about the experience but what bothers me the most is the 60 dollar ticket without even filling one person up! The Quality of the food was not satisfying for the high prices. I would not recommend stopping by this place!
