Let me start with our server Alexis was great and the beer (especially the Pancho Verde and Milk Stout) was enjoyable, plus we were served in a timely manner, always a good thing in an airport. That being said, the food was hit (chicken sandwich) or miss with the miss being almost inedible (if that was my introduction to green chile stew I'd never dream of trying it again), and the bar staff clueless/apathetic regarding their brews. If you're microbrew savvy, come for the beer, if you're hungry, eat elsewhere then come grab a beer. Cheers!!
Service was slow to bring out our beers, a Rio Grande IPA from the main menu and a Outlaw IPA from the tabletop list. The Outlaw IPA was a lager and not an IPA. Staff said we ordered an Outlaw and that’s what we got. When we pointed to it listed as an IPA on the tabletop menu they ignored. Service wouldn’t switch out the beer. Also how they list IBU is in a manner that no other place does.
Extremely disappointed in the customer service. Came in to the airport at 7PM and the place was closing after their hours of operation said open until 9PM. When asking the staff why they were closing so early, we were given rude responses. A HUGE thank you to Route 66 lounge for the awesome attitudes and willingness to serve us. Take notes, Rio Grande Brew & Pub Grill!
Cheese on the salad was hard. Avoid that sad face. The club sandwich was good with plenty of meat. The wait staff is nice to be out of sight. If you want to eat a be alone and not bother by staff come here.
