The rooms are dark and dingy, old and showing lots of wear. Climate control in the room is incredibly inconsistent. The staff doesn't respond well to maintenance or general housekeeping requests. I've had to have my key re-keyed 5 times in the 3 days I've been here (so have the 40 other people in the my group. The keys aren't put next to cell phones or anything). Don't count on any amenities like a treadmill, mini fridge, microwave, or continental breakfast of any kind. The outlets are far from the bed, so phone charging at night makes using your phone as an alarm a challenge. No cell phone service in the rooms and Wifi is poor. The only reason I'm here is because i'm at a conference. I can't wait to leave.
Looks nice amazing soaps and lotions... disappointed no continental breakfast no room service... the filter on the ac/heater unit filter must have been pretty dirty... hardly could sleep and broke out in hives when it was on . I am only allergic to cats and I have two and hardly ever get that bad.... covers were not changed the 5 days I was there. Nice staff though...
This could be such an awesome hotel. The artist rooms blow everything else out of the water. Clean rooms & linens. However I was harrased multiple times by security in the parking lot as to why I was there after I payed over $600 to stay here the security officers need some training as to who the real criminals are. Security is nice to have but get out of my face & get some parking stickers so they know who is valid without interupting my personal business.
Minor complaint, could have better, (brighter), light in room or over bed. Will stay again next time in ABQ.

Great staff - Dominique on reception is so so helpful, makes a huge difference as we have a child with complex needs. I love the Native American design, very fitting for the area. Comfortable beds with crisp, clean sheets. The restaurant and bar are also good with a great bartender, good food too. Great in & out pool too. Recommended
