They never answer the phone. Took me forever to find a phone number for them that wasn't disconnected, by they NEVER answer! So frustrating. I dropped off a parcel in one of their mailboxes, they never picked it up. It has been 4 days now! I don't even know how I can get it out to take to somewhere else.

Post office hours and staffing are not set by the individual location. They have no say and are stuck with what the higher ups make them do. Staff does the best they can. Always friendly and helpful to me.
Dropped State Fair passes in the mail drop. A week later people in Greely and Amarillo don't have them, can't get a hold of anyone. No wonder the usps is being pushed out of business by fed ex and UPS
They had one person working the counter that seemed like a trainee. she took forever with each customer. And a line out the door. Then I get there and I can't get anything done because. My post office is one a mile away. This one is a block away from my house. It seems useless. A wast of tax payer money if you can even get basic services done.
