I called ahead to make an appointment. I made sure not to show up during lunch. I had case number and ID with me. And I was polite. So they were polite and accommodating in return. So... what was all these other guys' problem? Use common sense and basic manners and you can expect the same back, even from the police. Thanks, APD.
