They advertise that they are accident attorneys. They pick & chose the cases that they take. I have called them on 2 separate occasions and they sent me letters both times rejecting my case. They couldn't even be bothered to return my call. Both times the accidents weren't our faults and both times they didn't want to take them. So if you want a "pick & chose" attorney then this is your guy. If you want a zealous advocate that will fight for you, then you should call someone else. Maybe someone that doesn't advertise on TV.
