I would not recommend Bob Mattuci. He was slow to respond, showed up unprepared to court and he and his assistant were very unprofessional. He did nothing to represent us. The firm was quick to take our money but not quick to respond.
Meredith was successful in getting an unrelated property issue, that was added to this custody case, dismissed within minutes at a custody hearing as a result of her knowledge of the law, her thoroughness and her attention to detail. The end result of all the hard work and Meredith's diligence is that I have 50/50 custody of my children and a schedule that works well for me and them. For many years, the opposing party has kept a tone pitching that he has done no wrong and I have been an absent parent. Joe Wiseman was able to take the years of evidence and utilize the facts of the case to demonstrate that the opposing party has in fact played a significant role in why my children have been estranged.
