Arrangements were fine but I wanted to purchase a vase I saw when I put my order in and they wouldn't sell it to me because they put some flowers in it, I guess they made their quota and didn't need the sale the manager was rude, we won't be back

Beautiful arrangements and a super friendly staff! Their prices are marginally higher than your usual grocery stores but we've found that the flowers last significantly longer than other places. I'd guess it's a combination of their walk in flower refrigerators, expert care, and freshness.
A manager Josh called me immediately after posting this review and was amazing! He offered to correct the order or credit my account. I so appreciate a business that follows up with reviews and genuinely cares about making it right. I ordered the Summer Splendor for a coworker because her dog of 15 years passed away. What I received was nothing like the picture online. The flowers that were delivered have only one sunflower that looks like it has life and there is not a single orange/red rose. The purple roses in place of them are tiny, not like the bigger ones in the picture, and the bouquet is mostly made up of carnations. Very disappointed!
