I walked down to order flowers for a woman who had just lost her father. Your staff was wonderful. They allowed me to go into the cooler and pick the flowers I wanted and talk about what I wanted the arrangement to look like. They were understanding and talked with me at length about what I wanted the arrangement to look like. (I didn’t want it to look “arranged”, but more like something you would pick.) When I called today to make sure we were on the delivery schedule, they were able to tell me what hour block I was in and the flowers arrived just a few minutes later!
