Jeff was a pleasure to work with, did a very clean job and showed me what he did. Also checked out a couple other issues I'm having and fixed one of them for free on the spot. Was an hour early but it all worked out.
Knowledgeable, prompt, honest, and helpful. He even tried to troubleshoot my problem on the phone before coming out in case it was something simple.
My lawn light pole rusted out and fell over. I bought a new pole and called Elks Electric to install it. Jeff did minor repairs on a few electrical outlets, then informed me it was "too hot" and he was "too old" to do the work to install the pole, the major reason I had called him! He also "talked down" to me and wasted a good bit of time talking about electrical things I really didn't need to know, then charged me for this added time! I called another electrician who promptly and professionally installed my light pole for much less than I paid Jeff. As a senior citizen on a fixed income, I do not appreciate the behavior or the overcharge by Elks Electric!
