I like their products i just don't like how expensive stuff is.
First time shopping in a VS & it was awesome! Loved it! Great customer service & great products!
Horrible experience!!!! Cashier charged my daughter 4 times for the amount of her purchase and said there was nothing she could do about it. Called the corporate office and they blamed it on the card reader. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this store!!!!!!!
Very very terrible service. My baby threw up in the store, he wasn't sick I'm thinking he had an upset stomach. Nether the less the staff was completely rude about it. It wasn't my fault I couldn't have predicted that he was going to throw up. The staff didn't even do anything to help. We had to ask them if they had paper towels so we can clean up the mess. Since all they wanted to do was stare at us in disgust. I hope they teach there employees better service skills because I felt embarrassed about the situation already, yet they made everything so much worse by just staring.
Had a pretty decent time at this location. Sales associates Jasmine and Sophia were wonderful and very helpful. On the other hand, associate Hannah was very rude and unpleasant.
