Be careful, the store has a strict No-Returns policy; which makes sense for pieces and pipes that you may have put your mouth on, but not for $40.00 scales that don't work properly. The manager would not even offer me an in-store credit. The only thing they could do would be to give me an employee discount on a different scale in the store, none of which I liked, or on another item which I didn't not want to buy. The
